Phase One
We invite the occupiers to engage us to try and find a solution for everyone. If a solution cannot be found, we proceed to turn the occupier into an unlawful occupier.
Phase Two
We prepare the eviction court application and have the eviction court application delivered to the occupiers by the Sheriff, who informs the occupiers of the meaning of the eviction court application.
Phase Three
We ask the court to approve a special notice to be given the the unlawful occupiers of the date on which the court will consider the eviction application and then we have this notice served on the unlawful occupiers by Sheriff.
Phase Four
The court considers the eviction application and listens to both sides to make a decision to evict and when to evict. The court will then give a court order which evicts the unlawful occupiers.
Phase Five
If the unlawful occupiers do not leave because of the court order, the Sheriff will go to the property and evict the unlawful occupiers with the assistance of the police (if need be).
